Manifest Weekly #04

Manifest Weekly #04 cover

Start routing through free models in one click, and Anthropic OAuth finally working with Sonnet and Opus.

What we shipped this week

Start with free models You can now set up Manifest with free models from Gemini, Cohere and Kilo Code. No credit card, no billing, no commitment. If you’ve been holding off because you didn’t want to deal with paid plans, this removes that barrier.

Anthropic OAuth works with Sonnet and Opus This was the most reported issue in Discord. If you connected your Anthropic subscription, all requests got routed to Haiku regardless of what you configured. Sonnet and Opus were silently ignored. Fixed. Your subscription now gives you the models you’re paying for.

Fixes

  • manifest/auto context window raised from 200K to 2M tokens, output from 16K to 128K (#1456, #1457)
  • Models are now sorted alphabetically in the model picker (#1453)
  • OAuth callback flow for provider connections is more reliable (#1452)

What’s coming next

  • Routing by task type: coding, web browsing, and trading get their own model assignments
  • More subscription providers
  • Docker on ARM64
