Pricing questions
Can we run Manifest on our own servers?
Yes. Manifest is MIT-licensed and ships as a Docker image, so the Free plan runs on your own machines with no request limit and no data leaving your network.
Enterprise covers the same deployment on-premise or in your VPC, plus SSO, audit logs and a support contract.
Can you deploy and run it for us?
On Enterprise, yes. We help with the initial deployment in your infrastructure and stay reachable on Slack for upgrades and incidents. Manifest Cloud is there if you would rather we host everything, but most teams at this size want the data on their side.
What does Enterprise add over Pro?
Pro is a single-user plan on our cloud. Enterprise is built for a team: seats and roles, SSO / SAML, audit logs, custom retention, an uptime SLA, and the contracts your legal team will ask for.
Do you take a cut of our token spend?
No. You bring your own provider keys and pay the providers directly. Manifest does not mark up tokens on any plan.
